Kiwi Prides Special Pippa - at Kaurihohore School

 

Pippa is a wonderful asset to us at Kaurihohore School.  She comes to school to listen to children read and just provide them with friend.  She also comes to spend time in class with the youngest of our children and we use her to teach basic dog safety. Pippa enjoys playing games with the children, and her lovely calm nature means even the shyest of children enjoy her company.

 

Pippa is also used to assist children with behaviour needs, providing them with a positive in their day.  Also helping to teach them about kindness and empathy by caring for another living thing.

 

Pippa loves coming along to school and treats it like her second home when she is there.
